When an entire cave of Shen Gong Wu reveal themselves at once, the Xiaolin find Vlad on the side of the Heylin, and Omi must challenge him to a Xiaolin Showdown.

Synopsis

At the Xiaolin Temple, the young Xiaolin Dragons are calmly meditating in peace, but are interrupting by Dojo, whom is madly scratching his skin. Sensing a Shen Gong Wu, it resulted in a lineage of skin blisters on Dojo's back which causes an irritable sensation. However, Dojo finally senses the new Wu, called the "Crystal Glasses", glasses which give the bearer the ability to gaze into the future.

The team head to the cold country of Russia, where the Crystal Glasses are said to be located. They first attempt at finding a special cream for Dojo to calm down his blisters, successfully obtaining it from Russian salesman, Vlad. After greeting with Vlad, he tells the monks of an ancient snow temple to the right, which the monks assume they can fund the Glasses. Upon entering the temple, the team successfully discover the Crystal Glasses on an ancient statue. Despite this, they hear a muffled buzzing sound who happens to be Jack Spicer crashing in to steal the Shen Gong Wu.

Jack however proposes a battle that tests their physical ability, with no use of weapons. Despite cheating, he brings about a giant JackBot to battle the monks. Raimundo, Kimiko and Clay all fight fiercely while Omi leaves to catch Jack who attempts to escape with the Crystal Glasses. Omi then uses the Fist of Tebigong and catches up to Jack, who surprises Omi by using the Reversing Mirror to have Omi hit himself and fall down. The same happens to Jack, who falls of a snowy cottage while finding himself in the grasp of Vlad. Jack bits Vlad's hand and escapes on a wooden snowboard with Wuya. The team returns to Vlad and thank him for his help in getting the Wu, offering him the chance to become a Xiaolin monk.

Returning to the temple, Vlad is met by Master Fung and becomes a starting Xiaolin monk. Raimundo's happy, because as he points out, while he's not technically a Xiolin apprentice like Kimiko, Omi and Clay but he still outranks Vlad. Raimundo hands Vlad a broom then he tells the latter to do the worst chores such as dusting, polishing and sweeping. Vlad gladly thanks Raimundo when the former accepts as he whistles while he dust-cleans, takes out the garbage and replaces the light-bulbs. Raimundo, Omi, Kimiko and Clay are walking outside as Raimundo says "maybe we should keep him permanently." When Raimundo, Omi, Kimiko and Clay are out of sight, Vlad calls a beaten up Jack Spicer. Though Omi, Raimundo, Kimiko and Clay do not know, is that Vlad is secretly a member of the Heylin side and that he intends to take the Crystal Glasses and remove Omi from the Xiaolin temple. Then Omi, Raimundo, Kimiko, Clay and Vlad are shown inside the Shen Gong Wu vault.

Clay holds the Shen Gong Wu and asks Omi "how come you have to try the Crystal Glasses first?" Omi grabs the Wu from Clay as the former tells the latter "because I suffered a tebigonging to retrieve them". Raimundo grabs the Crystal Glasses from Omi when the former is saying "only because you let Jack go Reversing Mirror on your sorry butt." Vlad tells Raimundo because the former retrieved it from Jack Spicer. Then Raimundo says "sorry, Vlad. New guys last." which made Vlad whimper. Kimiko grabs the Wu from Raimundo when she says "sorry, Rai" "Dragon apprentices, first." Master Fung grabs the Wu from Kimiko when he says "perhaps we should settle this with a challenge" which makes Omi, Raimundo, Kimiko, Clay and Vlan groan as Master Fung wears the Crystal Glasses. Then Omi, Raimundo, Kimiko, Clay, Vlad are outside alongside Master Fung to challenge the monks with a simple game of tag. Kimiko, Omi, Clay and Vlad try to take the Crystal Glasses from Master Fung but the four of them can't because the latter can see into the future by knowing the moves of Kimiko, Omi, Clay and Vlad. Raimundo says "oh, forget it" ignores and leaves. Master Fung says "I knew you would say that" then he puts the Crystal Glasses back into the vault while Omi, Raimundo, Kimiko, Clay and Vlad are behind him. Master Fung turns around and explains that "the power of the Crystal Glasses should not taken lightly, only the wisest of the dragon should attempt to use them" then Omi, Clay, Vlad, Raimundo and Kimiko nod as the five of them agree. Then Raimundo grins before he takes the Crystal Glasses from the vault off screen then he walks outside while wearing sunglasses and the Shen Gong Wu underneath. Then Raimundo walks by Omi as the latter asks "why are you wearing sunglasses on a non sunny day". Raimundo stops walking and tells Omi "they make me look cool." Omi asks Raimundo "why do you want to look cold" then the latter says "never mind." Raimundo asks Omi "you up for a challenge" then Omi says "whatever it is, I accept and I will be victorious." Then Raimundo says "I want you to hit as hard as you can." Omi says "a most unusual challenge but if you insist". Omi and Raimundo are facing each other then bow before starting the challenge. Omi tries to hit Raimundo but the latter dodges but the former slam into the bo sticks. Raimundo asks "what happened to the old tiger intincts, Omi?" and says "ha, so predictable". Omi grabs a bo stick to try to hit Raimundo again but the latter is still dodging every move that the former makes. Vlad appears and says "hello friends" then Raimundo says "Vlad says hi". Omi realizes that isn't right as he tries to grab the Wu but Raimundo dodges before he removes his sunglasses to reveal that he is wearing the Crystal Glasses. Raimundo asks Omi "looking for these" when he points to the Wu then the both of them say "Raimundo! Did you not hear what Master Fung? This Shen Gong Wu is no toy at the same time while mimicking each other's movements and they growl at each other which makes Vlad laugh. Then Omi removes the Crystal Glasses from Raimundo's eyes then the former runs to the vault to put the Wu back as Raimundo says "huh?"

Vlad confronts Omi at the Shen Gong Wu vault and asks him if he would like to look into the future. Omi is convinced when Vlad tells him that only a true Xiaolin Dragon can use it referencing Master Fung's words. Omi takes a look but is immediately shocked when he discovers a dark and evil future where Clay, Raimundo and Kimiko walking barefoot while they are badly beaten as they have stocks when the three of them are punished and it is all caused by an adult Omi. Convinced that he will never become a master Xiaolin Dragon as he will only bring evil. Omi sighs as Raimundo says "you don't strike me as one who would go over to the dark side" and Kimiko says "yeah, and Rai here would know" then Clay asks Omi "you sure, you were looking the right side of the glasses" as Omi sadly nods. Kimiko walks over to Omi to sit next to him then she says "yeah, and why were you even looking to begin with Omi". Omi gasps as his inner evil made him look as he rips his robe while Vlad is eavesdropping then he laughs. Omi tells Raimundo, Kimiko and Clay that he must give up his position as a Xiaolin dragon in-training then Omi runs away his friends but he bumps into Vlad. Omi runs away from the Xiaolin Temple, never to see Raimundo, Kimiko and Clay again.

Soon enough, Raimundo notices that Omi nowhere to be found at the temple, informing Kimiko and Clay while they are meditating as Vlad is sweeping the floor. Raimundo shows Kimiko and Clay the note that Omi left and everything. Kimiko grabs the note from Raimundo then the former asks "did anyone know about this" as Raimundo and Clay nod no and Vlad doesn't have a clue when he stops sweeping. Raimundo says "I know where we can look" then he is at the vault alongside Master Fung tells Raimundo "looking into the future to see where you would find Omi sounds like the idea of a wise dragon to me." Raimundo takes the Crystal Glasses and he wears the Wu as he activates it to see where Omi is located. Raimundo tells Kimiko and Clay "we will find him by a frozen river near Hawk Rock". Not only that, but Vlad and the Crystal Glasses have disappeared as well. Raimundo, Kimiko and Clay decide to ride on Dojo to find the stolen Shen Gong Wu, retrieving a skeptical and doubtful Omi in the process. Omi, Raimundo, Kimiko, Clay and Dojo finally manage to arrive at a destination where Jack Spicer, Wuya and Vlad appear to be, with the Crystal Glasses in their possession, along with the Wushu Helmet. Vlad asks how Raimundo, Kimiko and Clay had found Omi then Raimundo says "uh, we used a short cut" when he holds the Crystal Glasses. Raimundo, Kimiko and Clay minus the doubting Omi assault on the three villains, only to have failed and be defeated.

Omi still refuses to help because of what he saw in the future but changes his mind when Vlad announces how he got Omi to believe he would create evil by using the Reversing Mirror on the Crystal Glasses. Omi cannot believe what he has just witnessed and orders a Xiaolin Showdown between him and Vlad, wagering the Crystal Glasses against his Two-Ton Tunic. The challenge appears where it is a race to the finish, both having to race along a pillar-esque levitating path with many mazes. When the race begins, both dash to the finish line, and although they do it to their best ability, Omi wins then he, Raimundo, Kimiko, Clay and Dojo return to the Temple.

Find the Exit

After Vlad's betrayal, Omi breaks out of his block of ice and grabs the Wushu Helmet at the same time Vlad does, starting a Xiaolin Showdown. Omi wagers the Crystal Glasses against Vlad's Two-Ton Tunic. Vlad decides that whoever can get out of the cave first before it fills with water is the winner.

When the showdown starts, a golden path appears with various directions to choose from. Golden faces are floating around the path, with a cyclone of water as the boundary in the showdown. Vlad pushes Omi out of the way and runs down the path. Omi falls onto a golden face, and the face falls in front of Vlad, stopping him in his tracks. Omi jumps on the top of the golden faces, sending them towards Vlad in an attempt to stop him. Vlad uses the Two-Ton Tunic as a barricade against all attacks. Omi uses his martial arts abilities to ascend higher on the path. He then uses the Crystal Glasses to avoid the golden faces that are falling around him.

Both Vlad and Omi try many paths, but they all end in dead ends. Their paths meet again with the water still coming up from underneath. Omi uses his elemental power to lower the water level. Vlad throws Omi aside, thinking he's won. Omi sends a torrent of water at Vlad, knocking him into a golden face. Five golden faces fall around him and traps him. Omi makes a sphere of water around him and shoots off. He grabs the bag of Wu, his fellow monks, and flies on toward the exit, winning the showdown.
